Enquiries

CoreAxis Software Technology collects only the information you choose to share with us — such as your name, email, phone number, and project details — when you submit a contact, quote or pricing-estimate form. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to follow up about your project.

Job applications

If you apply for a vacancy, we collect the details on the application form together with the documents you upload — your CV, photograph and signature. These are used only to assess your application.

Recruitment and examinations

If you register for a recruitment conducted through this site, we additionally collect details required by the published notification — date of birth, category, address, educational qualifications and an identity document — along with a record of your fee payment and, where an online test applies, your answers, score and the time your attempt started and ended.

How your documents are stored

Uploaded documents are held in private storage that is not reachable from the public web. They can be opened only by you, through your own signed-in account, and by our authorised staff. They are never published, listed, or made available at a guessable address.

Payments

Where an application fee applies, card and banking details are handled entirely by the payment gateway. We never see or store your card number, CVV or PIN. We keep only the payment reference, the amount and whether it succeeded.

Sharing

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. We share it only where it is necessary to provide the service — for example with the payment gateway to process a fee, or with the messaging provider used to send you an update — or where the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Where a recruitment is still in progress, we may need to keep an application and its fee record until that process concludes.
